GelLabs Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between Gel labs (the “company,” “we,” or the “platform”) and any natural person, legal person, or other organization that uses the platform services (the “user” or “you”). Services provided by the platform include but are not limited to:
- Swap
- Cross-chain bridge
- Web3 wallet
- Token price services
- K-line services
- Token transaction monitoring
- Other API services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please carefully read all contents of these Terms, especially bolded or underlined provisions involving your rights and obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution. By registering an account, clicking “Agree,” using any Service, or otherwise accessing the platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Definitions
- “Platform” means all service carriers operated by the company, including websites, apps, mini programs, and API interfaces.
- “Web3 wallet” means a non-custodial wallet where users control their own private keys. The company does not custody user private keys, mnemonic phrases, or assets.
- “Swap/cross-chain bridge” means exchange and cross-chain transfer functionality implemented through blockchain smart contracts.
- “API services” include data interfaces and related services such as token price queries, K-line data, and transaction monitoring.
- “Blockchain network” means public chains on which user operations depend, such as Ethereum, Solana, and BSC. The company does not control any blockchain network.
2. User Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country or region, have full civil capacity, and ensure that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.
- You must not be a sanctioned person or entity, or a person or entity engaged in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.
- Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, rented, or lent. You are responsible for account security, and any losses caused by improper custody are borne by you.
- The company has the right to request identity verification information from you at any time and to refuse or terminate users who do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Service Content and Usage Rules
- The Services are provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to accuracy, timeliness, absence of errors or viruses, continuous availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Swap/cross-chain bridge and Web3 wallet services involve blockchain transactions and carry risks such as slippage, gas fees, bridge failure, smart contract vulnerabilities, blockchain congestion, and hacking, which may cause permanent asset loss. You bear all transaction risks and losses, and the company assumes no responsibility.
- Token prices, K-line data, transaction monitoring, and similar data are sourced from third parties or public on-chain information and are for reference only. They do not constitute investment or trading advice. The company is not responsible for data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
- API services are paid subscription or usage-based services. Once fees are paid, regardless of whether the subscription period or call quota has been used, refunds, suspension, or cancellation are not supported. You understand that API services may experience delay, interruption, or error due to blockchain networks, third-party data sources, or system maintenance.
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not for:
- Money laundering, fraud, illegal gambling, or terrorist financing;
- Circumventing KYC/AML regulations, manipulating markets, or spreading false information;
- Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or attacking platform systems;
- Any conduct that may cause the company to assume legal liability.
- If you violate the above terms, the company has the right to immediately terminate services, freeze accounts, and reserve the right to pursue liability.
4. Fees and Payment
- Use of Swap/cross-chain bridge, API services, and similar services requires payment of corresponding gas fees, service fees, or subscription fees. All fees are subject to platform announcements.
- Once API service fees are paid, the service is deemed provided and no refund, dispute, or claim is supported for any reason, including but not limited to service interruption, data errors, or failure to meet expected results.
- You agree that the company may adjust fee standards at any time and notify you through platform announcements or email before adjustment. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
5. Intellectual Property
- All platform content, including but not limited to interfaces, code, data, trademarks, K-line charts, and API documentation, belongs to the company or its licensors. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use such content.
- For any content uploaded or generated through the platform, such as transaction records, you grant the company a perpetual, free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display it.
6. Risk Warning and Disclaimer
- The cryptocurrency market is extremely risky, including but not limited to severe price volatility, smart contract risks, regulatory risks, liquidity risks, hacking risks, and cross-chain bridge security risks. You confirm that you fully understand and voluntarily assume all risks.
- The company does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Any information obtained through the platform does not constitute a recommendation.
- Services may be suspended or terminated due to force majeure, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, blockchain forks, regulatory policy changes, or third-party service interruptions, and the company assumes no responsibility.
- The company is not responsible for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses suffered by you, including but not limited to asset loss, lost profits, data loss, or goodwill damage;
- Losses caused by third parties, including exchanges, on-chain protocols, and data providers;
- Losses caused by your use of Web3 wallets, private key leakage, or phishing attacks.
- The Services are provided “as is,” and the company makes no express or implied warranties.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, the company’s total liability to you will not exceed the total fees you actually paid to the company in the past 12 months. If no fees were paid, the liability cap is zero.
- The above limitation is effective to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the company, its affiliates, and employees from and against any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, caused by your breach of these Terms, improper use of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time, but paid fees are non-refundable.
- The company has the right to terminate or suspend your account or Services without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected illegality, or system security needs.
- After termination, your access rights terminate immediately, but Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 remain effective.
10. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
- Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to court litigation.
- You waive any right to class action, class arbitration, or representative action, and all disputes shall be resolved in your individual capacity.
11. Miscellaneous
- These Terms may be modified by the company at any time. Modifications will be notified through platform announcements or email, and continued use constitutes agreement.
- If any provision is held invalid, the validity of other provisions will not be affected.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior oral or written agreement.
- The company has the final interpretation right for these Terms.
