Email address, phone number, wallet address, and KYC information, such as ID card or passport information, provided during registration, depending on business requirements.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically​

IP address, device ID, browser type, access time, operation logs, API call records, and wallet interaction records, including on-chain transaction hashes and contract addresses.

1.3 Public Blockchain Data​

Any on-chain transactions you conduct through Swap/cross-chain bridge services or Web3 wallets are public information, which we may record and display.

1.4 Third-Party Sources​

Price data providers, on-chain data indexers, and anti-money-laundering/sanctions-list databases.

2. Purposes of Use​

We use information only for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the services, including executing swaps, cross-chain bridges, API calls, and K-line display;
  • For account security verification, risk control, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) compliance;
  • To send you service notices, fee reminders, and product updates;
  • For internal data analytics and product optimization using anonymized processing;
  • To comply with laws and regulations or respond to government or regulatory authority requests.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure​

3.1 No Sale of Personal Information​

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3.2 Possible Sharing Scenarios​

  • Sharing with third parties necessary for the services, such as blockchain nodes, data API providers, and payment channels;
  • Disclosure due to legal requirements, court orders, or regulatory investigations;
  • Disclosure to successors in the event of company merger, acquisition, or restructuring;
  • Other circumstances with your explicit consent.

3.3 Public Blockchain Data​

Your wallet address and transaction records are public blockchain data and are not protected as private information under this Policy.

4. Data Storage and Security​

  1. Personal information is stored on secure servers with encryption, access controls, regular audits, and other measures.
  2. Due to blockchain characteristics, some transaction data permanently exists on public chains and cannot be deleted.
  3. We retain information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the relevant purpose, or for the longest period required by laws and regulations.
  4. Although we take reasonable measures, hacking and leakage risks cannot be completely eliminated. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you in a timely manner as required by laws and regulations.

5. Your Rights​

  1. You may exercise the following rights through platform settings or by contacting us, subject to applicable law: access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and data portability.
  2. A deletion request may cause you to be unable to continue using some or all services, and completed on-chain transactions cannot be deleted.
  3. API call records and payment records are required for compliance and may not be fully deleted.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies​

We use cookies, Local Storage, and similar technologies to record your preferences and usage habits. You may reject them through browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

7. Protection of Minors​

The platform is not directed to users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If discovered, such information will be deleted immediately.

8. International Transfers​

Your information may be transferred to the country or region where the company’s servers are located. We will take measures such as standard contractual clauses to protect transfer security.

9. Policy Updates​

We may update this Policy. Updates will be notified through platform announcements or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
