1.3 Public Blockchain Data
Any on-chain transactions you conduct through Swap/cross-chain bridge services or Web3 wallets are public information, which we may record and display.
1.4 Third-Party Sources
Price data providers, on-chain data indexers, and anti-money-laundering/sanctions-list databases.
2. Purposes of Use
We use information only for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the services, including executing swaps, cross-chain bridges, API calls, and K-line display;
- For account security verification, risk control, anti-money laundering, and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) compliance;
- To send you service notices, fee reminders, and product updates;
- For internal data analytics and product optimization using anonymized processing;
- To comply with laws and regulations or respond to government or regulatory authority requests.

3.1 No Sale of Personal Information

3.3 Public Blockchain Data
Your wallet address and transaction records are public blockchain data and are not protected as private information under this Policy.

- Due to blockchain characteristics, some transaction data permanently exists on public chains and cannot be deleted.
- We retain information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the relevant purpose, or for the longest period required by laws and regulations.
- Although we take reasonable measures, hacking and leakage risks cannot be completely eliminated. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you in a timely manner as required by laws and regulations.
5. Your Rights
- You may exercise the following rights through platform settings or by contacting us, subject to applicable law: access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, and data portability.
- A deletion request may cause you to be unable to continue using some or all services, and completed on-chain transactions cannot be deleted.
- API call records and payment records are required for compliance and may not be fully deleted.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, Local Storage, and similar technologies to record your preferences and usage habits. You may reject them through browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.
7. Protection of Minors
The platform is not directed to users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If discovered, such information will be deleted immediately.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to the country or region where the company’s servers are located. We will take measures such as standard contractual clauses to protect transfer security.
