Any2any Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
- These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between Any2any.io (“we,” “platform,” or “service provider”) and the user (“you” or “user”).
- The platform is a decentralized finance (DeFi) aggregator service that primarily provides information aggregation and transaction execution assistance for fast on-chain token swaps, cross-chain bridging, route optimization, and related functions (collectively, the “Service”). The Service interacts with smart contracts and third-party protocols, such as DEXs and bridge protocols, to complete transactions. User transactions are executed directly on blockchains. We do not custody any funds and do not control users’ private keys.
- By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service immediately.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means the aggregator website, app, API, MCP, or any other service interface or functionality provided by the platform.
- “User assets” means on-chain tokens, NFTs, or other blockchain assets controlled by you through a connected wallet.
- “Third-party protocols” means external DEXs, cross-chain bridges, RPC nodes, or other blockchain protocols used by the Service to route transactions. We are not responsible for their security, availability, or results.
3. User Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, have full civil capacity, and not be included on any sanctions list, including but not limited to those maintained by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, or relevant authorities in mainland China.
- The Service does not require registration of a centralized account. When you use the Service by connecting a wallet, such as MetaMask or WalletConnect, you are deemed to have full control over that wallet and the assets it contains.
- You undertake to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not use the Service in restricted jurisdictions, such as certain regions of mainland China, certain U.S. states, or other regions where crypto trading is prohibited. You are solely responsible for any losses caused by the laws or regulations of your location.
4. Service Content and Usage Rules
- The Service only provides transaction routing aggregation and information display. It does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or investment advice regarding any token or protocol.
- Transaction execution depends on blockchain networks and third-party protocols. You understand and agree that:
- All transactions are irreversible and cannot be canceled once confirmed;
- We do not guarantee transaction success, optimal slippage, the lowest gas fees, or the best exchange rates;
- You are solely responsible for losses caused by network congestion, gas fee volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, third-party protocol hacks, and similar events.
- You agree to bear all transaction fees, including gas fees, bridge fees, slippage, and any applicable tax obligations.
5. User Representations, Warranties, and Prohibited Conduct
- You represent and warrant that all transactions conducted through the Service are lawful and do not involve money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or other illegal activities, and that you have completed any necessary KYC/AML checks where applicable.
- Prohibited conduct includes, and any violation may result in immediate termination of the Service and potential legal liability:
- Using the Service for market manipulation, volume brushing, or wash trading;
- Attempting to reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the platform’s smart contracts, website, or API;
- Abusing the Service through automated scripts or bots;
- Spreading false information, inducing others to trade, or engaging in any conduct that may damage the platform’s reputation;
- Using the Service in sanctioned countries or regions, or using a VPN to circumvent restrictions.
6. Risk Disclosure
You expressly understand and voluntarily assume the following risks, including but not limited to:
- Severe price volatility of crypto assets, which may result in the loss of all principal;
- Smart contract risks, third-party protocol risks, and cross-chain bridge failure risks;
- Blockchain network risks, including congestion, forks, and 51% attacks;
- Regulatory risks, including future policy changes that may make the Service unavailable or result in asset freezes;
- Cybersecurity risks, including wallet theft and phishing attacks. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys;
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses caused by any of the above risks.
7. Intellectual Property
- Intellectual property rights in the platform interface, code, logos, documentation, and related materials belong to us.
- You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service. You may not copy, modify, decompile, or use the Service for commercial resale.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, absence of viruses, or uninterrupted availability.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to goodwill.
- In any event, our total liability will not exceed the total fees you paid to us through the Service in the past 12 months, or zero if no such fees were paid.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement, unlawful use of the Service, or infringement of third-party rights.
10. Termination and Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, regulatory requirements, or security risks, without prior notice.
- After termination, you remain responsible for your conduct before termination.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
- Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final.
- If any provision is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
12. Miscellaneous
- We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modifications will be notified through platform announcements or email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements.
- Breach caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, regulatory bans, or global blockchain network failures, is excused.
