Any2any Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Any2any.io (“we,” “platform,” or “service provider”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information you provide when using our aggregator service. We place a high priority on user privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable. The Service is a decentralized aggregator, and most transaction data is public on-chain blockchain information.

2. Information We Collect

  1. Automatically collected information: IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system, access time, click behavior, wallet address, transaction hash, interacted chain ID, and contract address, all of which may include publicly available on-chain data.
  2. Information you actively provide: email address, feedback submitted through contact forms, or limited information provided through third-party login.
  3. Information we never collect: private keys, mnemonic phrases, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or any other information that can access your funds.
  4. Cookies and similar technologies: we use necessary cookies to maintain sessions, analytics cookies such as Google Analytics, and functional cookies. You may reject cookies through browser settings, but doing so may affect your service experience.

3. Purposes of Use

  1. To provide, optimize, and personalize the Service, including route calculation, transaction simulation, and cross-chain support;
  2. For security and risk control, including detecting abnormal transactions, preventing fraud, and conducting AML/sanctions screening;
  3. For analytics and improvement, including aggregating anonymous usage data to optimize routing algorithms;
  4. For legal compliance, customer support, and marketing communications, only with your consent where required.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

  1. Sharing with third-party protocols: to complete swaps or cross-chain transactions, necessary information may be transmitted to the third-party DEXs, bridge protocols, or RPC nodes selected and authorized by you.
  2. Service providers: we may share anonymous or necessary data with hosting services, analytics tools, and cloud service providers, such as AWS and Cloudflare, and require them to follow equivalent protection standards.
  3. Legal requirements: we may disclose information when receiving a court order, regulatory investigation, or when necessary to protect the platform’s lawful rights and interests.
  4. What we never do: we do not sell your personal information or profit from data transactions with third parties.

5. Data Storage and Security

  1. Data is mainly stored on secure servers and, for public parts, on blockchains. We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, regular audits, and other measures to protect data.
  2. Nevertheless, due to the nature of internet transmission and public blockchains, absolute security cannot be guaranteed 100%. For data leaks caused by hacking or inherent blockchain risks, we do not assume liability beyond the scope required by law.

6. Your Rights

  1. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or withdraw consent for your personal information, subject to applicable law.
  2. To exercise your rights, please submit a request through the contact method in Section 10 of this Policy. We will respond within 30 days, which may be extended for complex cases.
  3. You may manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If discovered, such information will be deleted immediately.

8. Cross-Border Transfers

Your information may be transferred to Singapore or other locations where we or our service providers operate. We ensure that recipients provide adequate safeguards.
