Any2any Prediction Terms of Use

Introduction​

Welcome to Any2any Prediction (the “Platform,” “we,” or “Any2any Prediction”).

The Platform is a sports prediction market frontend developed by an independent operator. It accesses Polymarket sports event prediction market data and services through the Polymarket Builder program. Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully, especially any bolded or underlined provisions. By accessing or using the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

1. Service Content​

1.1 Service Scope​

The Platform provides users with blockchain-based sports event prediction market services, including but not limited to:

  • Browsing sports event prediction markets, such as the 2026 FIFA World Cup, NBA, UCL, and others;
  • Buying and selling Yes/No shares using USDC on the Polygon network;
  • Position management, rewards claiming, deposits, withdrawals, and related functions.

1.2 Service Dependencies​

All core information on the Platform, including market data, probabilities, trading volume, and Rules, is sourced from official Polymarket APIs. We do not create or issue any prediction market contracts and only act as a frontend display and transaction access point.

1.3 Trading Scope​

The Platform does not provide leveraged trading or lending services and supports only market orders.

2. User Eligibility and Registration​

2.1 Service Requirements​

To use the Platform’s services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • Have full civil capacity;
  • Not be subject to sanctions or trading restrictions imposed by any country or region;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 User Asset Security​

You complete registration by connecting and signing in with a digital wallet, such as MetaMask. Your wallet address is your account identifier. We do not store your private keys or seed phrases.

2.3 Wallet Security​

You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. You are solely responsible for losses caused by wallet disclosure, theft, or operational mistakes.

3. Special Risk Notice​

Prediction market trading involves extremely high risks. Before participating, you must fully understand and independently assume the following risks:

3.1 Risk of Loss of Funds​

You may lose all USDC that you commit. Trading on the Platform is not traditional gambling or investment. Market outcomes are determined by real-world events, and incorrect predictions may cause the full value of your position to become zero.

3.2 Price Volatility Risk​

Market probabilities and prices may fluctuate sharply in real time and may be affected by news, event developments, liquidity, and other factors.

3.3 Liquidity Risk​

Some markets may have insufficient liquidity, causing you to be unable to buy or sell at the desired price.

3.4 Technical and Blockchain Risks​

These include but are not limited to:

  • Network congestion;
  • Excessive gas fees;
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities;
  • Polygon network failures and similar events.

3.5 Regulatory Risk​

  • Prediction markets may be subject to different laws and regulations in different jurisdictions and may be deemed illegal in some regions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal in your location.
  • We do not provide investment advice, prediction recommendations, or guaranteed returns. All trading decisions are made by you, and you bear all consequences.

4. User Conduct​

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

  • Violating any laws, regulations, or these Terms;
  • Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling in prohibited regions, or other illegal activities;
  • Manipulating markets, conducting fake trades, or maliciously inflating volume;
  • Spreading false information, defaming others, or infringing upon others’ lawful rights and interests;
  • Accessing the Platform through unauthorized crawlers, scripts, or automated programs;
  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Platform or compromising the Platform’s technical systems.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fund Rules​

  • The Platform only supports USDC deposits and withdrawals on the Polygon network.
  • Deposit arrival is subject to blockchain network confirmation. We are not responsible for transfer delays or incorrect addresses.
  • Withdrawals require payment of the corresponding gas fees, and the specific amount is subject to your wallet prompt. We may review or delay withdrawals for anti-money laundering or anti-fraud purposes.
  • All funds flow directly on-chain. We do not custody, control, or hold your funds.

6. Intellectual Property​

  • All Platform content, including but not limited to text, images, charts, interface designs, trademarks, and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes.
  • For any content you publish through the Platform, if any, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable right to use it.

7. Disclaimer​

  • The Platform is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, error-free operation, or absence of viruses.
  • We are not responsible for any losses caused by interruptions of official Polymarket services, API changes, or disputes over event outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for any user’s trading profits or losses.

8. Limitation of Liability​

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of data.
  • Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees you paid to the Platform in the past 12 months. The Platform currently does not charge platform fees, but this clause still applies.

9. Service Termination and Account Freezing​

  • You may stop using the Platform at any time by disconnecting your wallet.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your use of the Platform at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:
    • You violate these Terms;
    • We have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in illegal or high-risk activities;
    • We are complying with regulatory or judicial requirements;
    • The Platform is undergoing maintenance or upgrades, or a force majeure event occurs.

10. Changes to Terms​

  • We may modify these Terms based on changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or similar reasons.
  • After modification, we will notify you through platform announcements, pop-ups, email, or other methods.
  • Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), and the arbitration language shall be English.

12. Miscellaneous​

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Platform.
  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
  • The final interpretation of Platform content and services belongs to the Any2any Prediction operator.

Final Reminder​

Prediction market trading involves extremely high risks. Please participate cautiously based on your financial condition and risk tolerance. If you have any questions, please consult us through the contact information provided by the Platform before participating.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have reached the legal age of majority, have the corresponding risk awareness, and voluntarily assume all related risks.
